Empathy: We started off with a empathy map listing different stakeholders involved with the lost and found. The stakeholders I chose was the Student who finds the lost item, Student who loses an item, Teacher who finds it, and the people in the main office. For each stakeholder we listed how they were thinking and doing, how they were feeling, what they are seeing, what they are hearing, their major pains and gains.

Define: How might we redesign the lost and found?

Ideate: Our group came up with 10 or more ideas to redesign the lost and found and we used a chart to see if each idea  was disireable, feasile, viable. Then we had to select the best idea. The idea we chose was sections meaning there will be a cerain section for different items that are placed in the lost and found. Almost like bins or something like that.

Prototype: We made a script to show how the lost and found works and what happens when a student finds something and when a student lose something. The part of filming the script went well and we got to complete the video.

Test: When we started testing our idea we did it was good because when a student loses something they could go to the lost and found and go to the bin of what they lost and hopefullt there item is there. The only bad thing is we hope students will not steal eachother's stuff because that wont be good at all. The feedback we got was mostly about how the lost and found could have been made neater to understand the whole concept of what is going on.

Reflect: I learned that its not that hard to sit down and work with a group of people and come up with wonderful ways to do stuff. I also learned that you can design any way of a lost and found. My work will hep me in the future because "Team work make a dream work". Pretty much everything went well, there were no problems in our group and we completed on time.
